    Director

    Sue has been with the company since 2006 following her previous role in the roofing industry, and feels passionately about Dibsa Structures and promoting the benefits of lightweight steel and flat to pitch conversions. Sue became Director in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of Dibsa. Knowledgeable and approachable, Sue manages the frontline and will most likely be the friendly voice you hear when you first call us.

    Chief Executive

    Since purchasing Dibsa in 2008 Andy has always believed that we have the skills and abilities to be the leading lightweight steel supplier in the UK. Andy takes a back seat in the day to day operations of Dibsa but is more than happy to get involved when required, offering his knowledge and vast roofing experience freely and with a great deal of passion.

    Production Department

    Since the start of 2017 Matthew has taken on the responsibility for the production department and ensuring the correct materials are delivered to site and on time. Matthew is local to our offices and committed to the growth of the business. He is thorough and methodical giving our clients the confidence that they can trust us to deliver our range of superior steel structures with accuracy and precision.

    Draughtsman

    Craig is our in house Draughtsman. Craig has a background in steel fabrication and has a great eye for detail. He has brought with him a fresh new approach to our drawings and is always looking at ways to enhance the level of detail on them to make them even easier for the installers on site. I’m sure Craig will be with us for many years and we’re looking forward to him helping us develop and grow into a bigger, more innovative Dibsa.

    Technical Operative

    Hello everyone, I would like welcome James Christmas to the team.
    Joining us in August 22, he has shown a particular interest in the geometry and challenges of our prefabricated trusses, paying particular attention to the accuracy and finish of our end product.
    He is conscientious and understands the values and ethos that we require.
    Having had some complex trusses to build over the last few months, James continually strives to reduce our manufacture times and is working with our draughtsmen to ensure we are as effective and efficient as possible across this specific area.
    We have found James to be a great team player with a great sense of humour, he is fitting in well and we look forward to a him helping us take Dibsa to the next level.

  • Harrison Booker

    Trainee Draughtsman

    As a keen young 19 year old Harrison is dedicated to learning and being the best he can be.
    A quiet methodical young man, learning under the tutelage of Craig Best he is picking things up quickly.
    Harrison attends college on a weekly basis learning both 2d & 3d CAD, once completed he will be enrolling on a suitable Revit course to further broaden his knowledge.
    Currently learning to drive there are many ways in which we see Harrison will be able to enhance our operations and in due course take some pressure from Craig our resident Draughtsman.
    We look forward to watching him flourish with us.
