Exciting progress is being made on the Bexhill on Sea projects! At the iconic Tower Block (Cobham Towers), we are thrilled to announce that the installation of the roof coverings has officially begun. Our team is implementing a comprehensive non-combustible solution to enhance safety and durability. This process started with the installation of a Dibsa lightweight steel roof structure, which is installed directly onto the concrete flat roof. Following this, we added a fire-retardant breather membrane and lightweight steel battens, which will support the installation of the lightweight steel strip tile roof coverings.
In addition to the progress at Cobham Towers, the lower apartments at Oxshott Court are also advancing well, with an impressive two-thirds of the roof now complete.
